Am due to upgrade ,after looking at deals , I've noticed carphone warehouse do much cheaper upgrade deals than 02 !!!
Why can't 02 match the offers ? Am a loyal & long term customer .

It's not O2's policy to price match every deal out there. They might do if you call 202 and speak to retentions, but it's not guaranteed.
CPW heavily discount in order to get sales so that's why you will see the same tariffs cheaper but they also try and make money back by forcing insurance or other add ons onto customers.
PS. Forget "loyalty" as it doesn't exist anymore.

O2 also believe they have a deal maker with Refresh contracts and it's proved to be vcery popular. Just bear in mind CPW can't offer you this or the O2 Open scheme if you qualify.
