I am not sure if there is a high volume of people on chat, or if the service is down..?

I have been waiting for someone to chat to regarding my phone settings (I need a MMS sending to re instll my internet settigns) for over an hour and nothing is changing.. 

Can anyone help..?

Hi,

You are not alone, I have made 5 attempts to get "chatting" without success!

Fridays are busy at any time. But a lot of people are still awaiting orders atm and may be trying to get it sorted.
I would suggest to keep trying or to use one of the other methods suggested at www.O2.Co.UK/contactus
