Been trying to talk to a human Virtual Assistant so bad.
Got to talk to Rahul after 20mins with Virtual Assistant shutting chat.
I have left O2 told Rahul I don't have the O2 app and my number is no longer with O2.
Rahul says he going to pass me to another team.
Virtual Assistant popped up and posts a QR Code I’m meant to scan with the O2 app!

If you have left o2, then you will need to speak to Customer Services on the phone, either via Customer Services or the Payment Management Team

The only way to access customer service live chat is via the o2 app, for which you need to be an o2 customer..
If you are registered for Relay then you can use that method, or use Social Media , via Facebook or Instagram.
