I'm aware that you cannot claim until 30 days after your purchase, but has anyone reported the issue they have with the captcha on the site? Is this the correct place to place such an issue?
I'm sure this will cause issues for people when they decide to start claiming.

Hey, I am over the 30 day period and have all the correct information, but the site states that my IMEI number is 'invalid' - but i used the same number as on the phone, box, receipt....etc etc.
Anyone had this issue? Help!

You need to wait 30 days after buying to redeem.

@KtAmber i am glad you got yours sorted, that's fab! I have done what you advised and filled a form out, hopefully i put in my correct order number as i have no idea which one that was haha! So many emails etc since upgrading. But hopefully they will get back to me soon. Thankyou!
