Data Cap removal

I read on the news that O2 is in the list of providers to have the data cap lifted due to the pandemic. Is this effective for all users using O2 or should I call wether I'm eligable for it?

Can’t get hold of customer services

I’ve been trying to contact 02 by phone but lines don’t seem to be open. Tried online chat instead hundreds of times but still not available. Any other ways I can get hold of customer services?
