Hey @aimeeh, i have finally got it sorted!I went on the contact us page
(in the footer at the bottom of the page) and filled in the form with my
problem. They replied within a couple of days and I could then claim.
Now to hope my claim is successful!...
Hey, I am over the 30 day period and have all the correct information,
but the site states that my IMEI number is 'invalid' - but i used the
same number as on the phone, box, receipt....etc etc. Anyone had this
issue? Help!
