Hi,

How can I renew my contract before expiring and if I do renew or upgrade would my number change or would I need to make a request to O2 to keep my number?

Your best option would be to go instore to upgrade. They will arrange everythying for you including keeping youe number.

You need to pay either a cancellation fee or pay off your device plan before you can upgrade tho....

It's usually free to upgrade a month before contract end... (It was for me on my old 24 month contract)
