I felt disppointed about my current experience of renewing my contract.
My old contract would end this month, thus I ordered a new O2 SIM only Pay Monthly contract, which was 4G data for 4G network and 500 mins and txts. However when I tried to move my old number to this new contract, I was told that if I directly upgraded from my old contract to this new one, I can get a 4 pounds discount each month. Then I decided to do so and cancelled my new contract.
However later I found out that the 4 pounds cashback is for 4G data for 3G network! It is quite different from my new contract. When I asked O2 to put me back into the 4G plan, I could only get 3 pounds discount each month!
I do not really care about that 1 pound per month, but I am very dippointed the customer service I received. It is really unprofessional. How can I make a complaint about this problem?
