My contract was due to run out on 31st July so I made a call on 202 and the gentleman agreed a contract which with the discount was £92.99 for 6 mobiles which included EU and inclusive Zone 1 Countries. All the contracts received were at £25.99 each so I complained and they said maximum discount would be 20%.

I said unacceptable and complained.

New contract offered and the only difference was data was reduced from 150GB to 100GB but everything else the same - I then receive a day later text saying International travel Inclusive has been withdrawn - you could not make it up..!!

So new complaint after 6 - 7 hours of calls in a week - the latest one I was cut off and there has been no call back.

O2 need to review their overseas call centres as they are not delivering for their customers

Some legacy bolt-ons get removed at renewal time, @Bryan1965 - newer travel bolt-ons are here:

https://www.o2.co.uk/international/using-your-phone-abroad

Remember, EU calls no longer require a bolt-on, only O2 Travel (£7/24hrs in some locations), O2 Travel Inclusive (comes free if you also have an active Virgin Media Broadband contract at the same address) and O2 Travel Inclusive Ultimate are current offerings. O2 International Calling is one that reduces cost of calls from UK to other countries, for a monthly fee.

I think you are fine, @Bryan1965.
