so I ordered a phone last week and they say it’s stuck on processing the iPhone 15 pro max had them say they are raising it with IT Department but I received my contract emails and even order confirmation delivery was supposed to be Sunday but delayed anyone else had a stuck on processing before and really can give me a timescale on how long and if they are just lying as it may be out of stock any help? Thanks

No idea, we know Apple prioritise there own sales channels for stock, and the iPhone 15 Pro Max is always in short supply. 


All we can tell you to do is speak to the Sales Team on 0808 002 0202 and they can have a look, as it may be waiting for someone to do something...

Update it’s coming today, thanks for response just had me worried over £300 up front down thought I somehow entered a scam website and not the official o2 when doing the contract lol, but alls good have a good day ✌🏻
