Lack of SMS reception rural area

I don't know which board to put this, but this is an issue I have raised in our local O2 shop too. It really exacerbated yesterday's 4G signal issues too,Basically, since the TU app was discontinued, we have no way of receiving text messages at home....

No network for 2 days now!!

So this is the second day now I can not make calls receive text or anything it’s a complete utter joke my phone is my work phone! And it’s going into the second day where I’m losing money!
