HELP!!!!

Hiya can someone please help me if they can? How do you know if your phone is still under warranty? Also, my blackberry curve keeps crashing! I have to remove the battery AT LEAST once a day! does anyone know if this is a fault on them? It has been going on for a couple of months now and its on a 2 year contract, i've only had it since June 2010. I want to cancel my contract because most of the time the phone can't be used. However, you have to pay for the remaining months on your contract. Which is a little unfair when the phone is broken in a way!
Please help me slight_smile

Where and when did you buy it ?
But most phones have 12 months warranty and some 24 months check the paperwork that came with it or manufactures website.

Have you tried an update to the O/S via the desktop manager? Thats the first thing the repair company will try. It sounds like you have installed an app that is particularly resource hungry or a browser issue with certain websites causing the "wait" indicator. Which isn't really a crash but the BB trying to recover memory.
BTW, it is well known that restarting a BB daily sorts out this issue. I use (and not spamming here) Quickpull from the app world. Schedule that for early morning and you should be fine.

i will download quickpull now thank you. I also have no idea what O/S is sorry so to answer your question no i have not. I am going to delete a number of apps off my handset to see if this works. However i know a number of people that have had the same problem even after being given a brand new hand set.

O/S = operating system ie what your BB uses to work wink To update it, you would need to have the Desktop manager software installed on a PC and then take it from there.
