Hi all got a question if anyone can help plz.ok today i brought a huawei e1752cu dongle i installed it fine got connected to the net used it 4 about 2 hours then pc rebooted showing me the blue screen of death,um i thought well it comes and goes so fast didnt have time to read what it said so when the pc came bk on it stayed on until the dongle connected to the net then reboots does this everytime am using vista home premium 32bit now cant use the net so any help would be most appricated Ty all the best Alan slight_smile

This just a guess I'm afraid. But does the dongle packaging state that it is compatible with windows vista? I used to have a huwaei E220 that wasn't

Hi Ty 4 replying yes it does and it was ok for a few hours then just rebooted then soon as it connects does it over and over rung o2 they said take it into the shop for them to test

its all sorted i changed the dongle at the o2 shop it now works
