Just to report a Samsung Galaxy A3 can survive a drop from a kitchen worktop onto a tiled floor without a scratch!

See if you can get it into recovery menu by holding volume up, home and on/off buttons together.
If not contact Samsung but be prepared to have to pay for the repair unless you have insurance.
