In this topic, we'll post any progress on the known plaform issues that you have brought to our attention so far and that we are looking into, along with any future updates we get on them. We thought it would be good to recap what is currently being worked on, and have it all in one place so we can keep you in the loop going forward

The whole community site at the moment looks like a data harvesting exercise, none of the links at the top or bottom work...
It isn't a good look for o2
Would love to know what the plan is as if I left a service in this state, all hell would break out...
Khoros need a kick up the bum, or read the riot act....

Well that could be a long time @MI5. How long have we been waiting for the pop up to be sorted? Unfortunately, unlike most of you, I'm retired, so I just browse around trying to be useful. 😂🤣

I'm struggling to see why we should put ourselves out anymore?
Ignorant customers, crap forum, paedos, and all resulting from an absolutely appalling customer service base with no training and the inability to solve any issues.
How many times a day do we say "contact O2" knowing full well it's a complete waste of time?
Any trained monkey can do what we have been reduced to.

Yes cut and paste has been the order of the day for a couple of years now
It really is difficult to answer anything that requires actual problem solving
Complaints take weeks, ordering a sim or phone gets stuck in processing or doesn't arrive at all
They may as well just discontinue the community because we are getting all the ass-end sh1te that customer service should be able to deal with.
All a bit pathetic and those of us who have been members for 10 years will long for the old forum back
I remember one guy being banned on here for his cut & paste rehashes....now this is what we are reduced to as well.
