I upgraded both of my phones today to the new HTC one M8 and recycled my old iPhones. I dealt with a very pleasant girl called Olivia. I would just like to pass on my biggest thanks to her for all the help she gave me! It was a very long call so thanks for her patience! She was so helpful and gave me the best customer service I have ever received, she deserves a big bonus or a raise! Thanks again Olivia for reminding me why I stay with O2!

I would like to highlight the brilliant customer service I have received today on Live Chat. I was speaking to Renu.  I upgraded my contract , ordered new phone but unfortunately the camera  was not working properly . I spoke to someone on LiveChat on E2sale website who sent my new phone to me over  but unfortunately they did not help me with my issue. Than I decided to visit the o2 website since I am their customer, and speaking to Renu resolved all my worries, Renu has requested a replacement of the phone straightaway without any problems. I really appreciate it. LiveChat makes my life easier, no need to go shop or call to the customer service and wait ages till someone is available to speak to.Perfect!! Keep it up. You are doing brilliant job. My big THANK YOU to RENU!!!!
