Fantastic Customer Service

I upgraded both of my phones today to the new HTC one M8 and recycled my old iPhones. I dealt with a very pleasant girl called Olivia. I would just like to pass on my biggest thanks to her for all the help she gave me! It was a very long call so thanks for her patience! She was so helpful and gave me the best customer service I have ever received, she deserves a big bonus or a raise! Thanks again Olivia for reminding me why I stay with O2!

Yes O2 recycle lol it was 2 iPhone 4s I didn't want to risk eBay in case!!

A colleague at my work place had one delivered yesterday afternoon and so far is loving it.

The first thing is noticed is the vibrant screen and how comfortable it is to hold.
