This morning I was answering a query on @MI5's Lost and Stolen guide. LOST and STOLEN

Imagine my surprise when I received this message....
Not what I was expecting at all....but certainly gives us information about the 'unlocking fiasco' many customers are experiencing @Marjo. @Martin-O2 @EmilieT??
