MY MONTHLY CONTRACT ENDS ON THE 12 12 5.  I DONT REALLY WANT TO UPGRADE MY PHONE,  CAN I CONTINUE JUST PAYING FOR AIR TIME OR WILL I BE FORCED TO UPGRADE?

Yes you can - you can convert your contract in-store or over the phone... not sure about over the internet though.

If it's a refresh contract you don't need to do anything, your airtime will just carry on on a monthly basis.

Have a look at sim only deals. You can end the airtime contract and possibly get a better sim only deal with more allowances. Of course if you are happy with your airtime contract you need do nothing at all. It will just carry on month by month until you give 30 days notice.
