It seems to be impossible to get any answers out of this organisation. They just have a forum where well meaning people say whatver they think might be an answer to any question posed. The chatbot system is clueless.
Do they employ any humans?

All the ways to contact O2
Guide: How to find help & contact O2
Also the social media team is UK based if you don't want to speak with customer services

Just us idiots who solve 90% more issues on a daily basis than customer service could ever dream of.

But we did get to tell you your Galaxy Tab Active does not support 4G calling.
That's a better answer than you will get off O2

I put my Brother as a "Delegate" on my account last week, because for some annoying reason, even though the account's in MY name, CS won't talk to me because I have a strong Yorkshire accent which the non UK call centre Agents don't understand.
I wouldn't mind but it appears to be the way of the world nowadays, because call centres in bloomin' Mumbai are cheaper than one in say, Leeds.

Leeds = £1500 per month after tax so minimum wage
BPOS = £300 a month after tax in most Overseas locations,..
People dont want to work in call centres in the UK, due to the Great British Public, who seem to want to belittle, abuse and even threaten violence to employees, as well as telling them how to do there job... So would you want to work in a call centre??
Same goes for retail, minimum wage to deal with some of our society, no thanks...
Maybe try it, most people dont last a day in the UK??

Not quite a true picture of the great British public @madasaf1sh
I worked 3 years in the O2 call centre at Bury before they closed it and did 7 years in the RBS call centre in Manchester city centre.
For every ***** I got on the phone there were literally hundreds of 'normal' everyday customers happy to chat and share pleasantries whilst sorting out any issues or taking payments.
Yes you do get the odd person who is out to belittle you or spoil your day but they were quickly put in their place and warned before ending the call
Mind you that was in the days when big businesses had call centres in this country and people manning the phone lines had adequate training.
