Does O2 have an actual technical support department with paid human staff?

It seems to be impossible to get any answers out of this organisation. They just have a forum where well meaning people say whatver they think might be an answer to any question posed. The chatbot system is clueless.
Do they employ any humans?

Actually, I once worked in Boots in Meadowhall, until I got the chop for something that wasn't directly my fault, what happened was they deemed me too slow on the Till, so they had me putting security tags on baby clothes, these tags were seriously sharp and one day I stabbed myself due to poor dexterity, drew blood and let out an F word, which a customer heard and reported me!

 

2 minutes later I'm in the Gaffer's Office getting the boot.

 

By rights I should've taken them to the cleaner's for unfair dismissal but I couldn't afford a Lawyer.
