all customers service agents are really cheaters didn't solve my issue almost more then month still charging me extra calls so many time they promised but nothing happen my number is xxxxxxxxxx

Your issue isn't clear, but if you are being charged for calls, you may be making calls not included in your allowances.

It's not about the calls I bought the watch and I returned to o2 next day they received back but still charged me for the watch which I already returned

You'll need to call customer service again then.

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
