Thanks to O2 today I could finally access my contact preferences via the new o2 Ask app after not being able to access it for a couple of years

It is sneaky @Anonymous and appears to be any chance they get, your contact preferences will be set to suit O2 and not the customer...Evil

Yeah, despite me having changed the settings in the last 3weeks or so... using MyO2 online website.

Both the MyO2 app and O2 Ask let you do it, but the scrolling down to music prefs and what you use your phone for are easier to work with in Ask.

I'll see how the settings look again in a couple of weeks.

The myo2 app has never let me do it. The new app didn’t at the start either but by chance today it actually worked

Well from most peoples' experience it makes sense to regularly check preferences. O2 blame system errors but....

Strange how the system errors rarely appear to be in the customer's favour and usually in O2's... tongue_winking
