5 times today, several more yesterday - and I even filled it in twice yesterday.

Cleared cached pages and restarted browser, no difference.

FYI Chrome on laptop, which has all O2 cookies deleted on every browser close, has no such problems.

There is another one, as I type:

And any attempt to fill in the survey that keeps popping up means salt is rubbed into already open wounds:

I hate to say I'm not getting them.  Just those two a couple of weeks ago and now I've probably jinxed it 😂

It's fine on the laptop (where, oddly, I clear all O2-related cookies every time the browser is restarted), just on Chrome on the new phone that it's being such a PITA, @Cleoriff - and when it pops-up, it hogs the screen and drags you back up to the top of the page...

It had better not be fixed "by ticking the 'Remember my username' box" on login!

Any progress on how to consign the pop-up questionnaire to the bin?

It annoys because when it pops up, usually mid-type, it hoofs you all the way back up to the top of the thread, and blocks any typing until you hit the X or answer Yes or No. You then have to scroll back down to where you were typing - look, the damn thing just did it again!

I have edited Chome settings to permit cookies, incl 3rd party ones, from community.o2.co.uk, but it makes bggrall difference.

Chrome on laptop is unaffected.

And another one, totally unprompted, as I switched to the browser from sleep-mode...

Thanks everyone for the feedback. It does appear that something is going wrong with it, all be it not as severe as last time. I'm going to raise this with the platform provider. One last thing to try is after deleting cookies you should see a cookie accept banner the first time you access the community. Make sure you click OK on that and let me know if the issue persists.
