Constant Pop Up on Forum

Is anyone else getting constant pop ups on the forum, such as this

No matter which browser or OS i use they pop up every few minutes... 

How can I kill the damn things...

I get them on Chrome on mobile (Android) as well as Chrome on laptop. No peace at all! 🙄

I'll jinx myself now but I don't get them at all. Samsung PC running Firefox. Last time I saw them was on my Android phone running Chrome.

The popup issue is still under investigation. The cause has been determined but the fix is proving more complicated than expected so unfortunately I don't have a time frame as yet.

New phone today. (Moved from 20+ to S23+) I've now had the survey pop up seven times.

The last was when I was writing this! 

That was the second post it interrupted.

Now I see what people are complaining about. Hardly happened on the old phone and certainly not when actually writing!

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Damned Debilitating, Da Dumb Directive Deserves Ditching!

 

Now getting the pop-up multiple times an hour, it is insufferable, @Martin-O2 - please, please do what needs to be done to remove it (preferably without breaking anything else in the process!)!

Always pops up when in the middle of writing a post!

To rub salt in the wound the Virgin Forum doesn't have this problem.   And with that I'll get my coat 🤐

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Will agree seems to be none can be bothered to fix this damn annoying bug...
