Constant Pop Up on Forum

Is anyone else getting constant pop ups on the forum, such as this

No matter which browser or OS i use they pop up every few minutes... 

How can I kill the damn things... 

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

This blasted pop-up has occurred about a dozen times in the last 30mins, in the middle of typing - it is very intrusive, and on some of the longer threads or guides, it takes you all the way up to the top of the thread, making any coherent response exceedingly dif******ult to complete.

 

Any update on the request to O2 to activate the fix that the guys already have ready to go for this, @Martin-O2 or @Breanna?

The *frickin*' thing seems so much worse at night and only seems to pop up if you have a thread open or are replying. So many times today and it's beyond a frickin' joke now!

Well I was a bit cocky that it wasn't affecting me using PC running Firefox! At the weekend FF went 'weird' for an afternoon so I used it in Safe mode. The following day FF was ok again. However, it brought with it, the dreaded pop up!! FGS. 🙄

I regret to inform you all that I too, am now a victim of the questionnaire pop up.

Problems with Chrome mean I am having to run Edge, and on every single page I get the pop up.

🤣

It gets us all, eventually - Chrome on PC and Mobile for me.

And responding to a query left on a guide, in their current "unlocked" state, gets to be most frustrating.

 

Still, who am I to complain?

To be clear, this fudging thing pops up on all browsers for me, Firefox, Chrome, Edge and even Opera.

Stupidly tried Firefox on my Kindle whilst supping my 4th pint, nearly launched it through the window!!

It tends to happen to me more on my mobile, and is exasperating when it pops up in the middle of a reply. As it's been well over eight months that this has been going on I don't expect it to ever be resolved, probably because no one at O2 actually cares.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Probably being fixed by the same people who decided to send spurious and frightening messages to customers moving to 360

That was supposed to be identified and fixed

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
