Very poor 4G/5G and even reverts to 3G in MAJOR city district!

I live in Bishop's Stortford and the data is awful! I have logged the issue twice on the app and still no resolution. I'm going to return my contract (in still my cooling off period) if this isn't resolved by tomorrow.
