Has anyone ever been able to successfully raise a complaint against O2? If so I'd be grateful for some tips. Have a complaint ticket open according to an email received recently suggesting I contact the communications ombudsman, quoting my complaint reference number, but I have not been given one and can't find any record of my original complaint. The email is from a "no reply" address!!

You will need to contact o2 and ask them, as you actually need a deadlock letter and not just a complaint reference number..
