Hey everyone,
This topic is a place where we will keep the community updated about the status of any issues or bugs affecting the community platform that we are aware of and have reported. We will keep an up to date tracker of what the issue is, when it was first reported, the current status and the latest update. This will enable you to easily check if something you've noticed has already been flagged.
How do I report a new issue or bug I've encountered on the community?
We would like you to use this topic to report any new bugs or issues that you come across so we can add them to the tracker. To do this simply report the issue in the comments and tag in the community team so we can update the top post with any new issues. Please include as much detail as possible when reporting a new issue and where possible include the following:
The above information will help us and the support team properly identify the issue and get working on a fix.
How do I check the status of an issue that has been reported?
At the bottom of this post you will see a list of all the active and recently resolved issues. The current status of the issue, along with the most recent update with be shown there. If you have a new question or more information about an open issue please post it in the comments of this topic.
You can also use this topic to make requests or suggestions for new features or changes to how the community platform works! Please bear in mind that making changes can often take time and some requests won't be possible for various reasons but that said we would really appreciate your insights on how to improve the community interface and will aim to implement changes where possible. We will track any suggestions below the issues.

o2 IT are already aware...
Might be worth clearing cookies and temp files and then leaving it a while for it to fix itself....

If a Private Browsing or Incognito tab gives the same, I would leave it 24hrs and try again tomorrow.
You could call CS, they should still have access, but I've give it the day firs, based on link I posted above.

Thank you @Breanna for tip about @madasaf1sh post; and thanks to @madasaf1sh and @pgn for your replies.
It looks like I had the same problem as @madasaf1sh . I didn`t phone O2 but have just checked MyO2 again, via the link on Community, and shows my current available useage [which is what I wanted to know] and also can access my latest bill.
Another glitch ? Dunno but pleased it righted itself.

Sorry for late reply but just to report that I haven't had that issue yet. I wonder if it's tariff dependent?
I'm Sim only and aware we are being moved to new billing platform, so is sim only the last of the pile to be moved? Also just upgraded last week. 😁

we have a New issue
I tried copying and pasting images of Thinkers for answers to Monday`s White Room Quiz. OK until part way through when got red banner message
- You have reached the upload limit of 5,000 images.
Is this for real ? Can I no longer provide images for WRQ - and presumably any other game ?
If this is the case, then this will affect one of the most popular threads on Off Topic.

There is a limit as I've had that message ages ago. You need to go into your image file and delete some of the older ones. Those images will then disappear from the posts you inserted them into.
Just to say, you must have posted images of thinkers every time you do a WRQ. If you take them from your image file, (instead of copying and pasting new ones) you wont have a problem as they aren't seen as new images.
