Changing your o2 account billing address

Just spent 10 minutes trying to find out how to update my address details on myO2.
On this page it states:
You may have a billing address linked to some of your accounts. To see or change an address, select an account from My O2
However, this is no longer possible according to a live chat I just had with an O2 customer services rep.
Please update your website accordingly.

I have just changed mine via myo2 with no issues
I signed in to myo2 then selected my main mobile number then hit the bills tab scrolled down to billing address and changed it from there with the code sent to my main device
iPad Pro 12.9” 2020 256gb refresh o2 family discount
Apple Watch series 4
My first mobile was in 1995 a CM-R111 from sony on Cellnet.

Follow the steps outlined by @adamtemp64 I can access mine the same way. Live chat as usual giving incorrect information.

Thanks (and for the following replies too). Classic case of poor web navigation and dodgy customer live chat.
My o2 still lists o2 webmail as a service and that was discontinued a few years ago!

Actually final notice has been given to all customers who can still use webmail that it's officially closing down ALL servers in June (7th I believe without going back to check)
