How do I go about cancelling my contract it ends on 9 th April and I would like to give them a months notice thanks

As my contract ends on 04/07/15
you have no right to continue to take payments that is theft however you look at it, o2 are **bleep**.

No you are incorrect. Unless you cancel your contract it carries on as a 30 day rolling contract...

It's also only May 1st so you still have 2 months to pay.

You don't seem to understand your contract or how it works, O2 are not taking your money without it being due.
