Hi, how can I cancel a contract on line please. It has 5 months left to run and am prepared to pay the penalty.Thank you in advance.

Toying can't. You need to call 202 and give 30 days notice or ask for your PAC if you want to keep your number.

Call 202 on your pay monthly phone & use the option to cancel, don't use live chat

You have to speak to vs on the phone to cancel, as far as I'm aware they can't do it for you instore
