Hi all.
I am currently having a dispute over a car I bought from a dealer, and I am considering taking them to the Small Claims Court. Would it be possible to request the actual recordings from the calls I have made to the dealer, which may help my case in court?
Thank you.

Not record calls??...What a surprise..NOT. I can only imagine most of the calls would get deleted for obvious reasons.....

Hi @Jake2014 There are some apps available in case you wanted to record any future conversations but I believe most of them will only record your end of the conversation which would probably sound a bit strange when played back !
