Hi,

Looking to upgrade early but I find so many better O2 deals onsites like moneysupermarket.com.

Why can't I access these deals even tho I am with o2?

Also the Experis z5 Gold is available on the site for O2 but not internally on the upgrade options.

Please help

Because it's not directly with o2.
If you want refresh you have to go through o2, if not, shop around for the best deal.

You think that's bad, on CPW right now, the Xperia Z5 premium is cheaper on O2 than the Z5. ... go figure..
You might be wise to call the Retentions team and see what they can do to assist you.
