Just received my bill and even though I clearly toggled the auto renew 'off' (and I've checked) for an extra when I changed my contact 3 months ago it's appeared on my latest bill after three months. Not impressed!
I wonder how many other people have this issue!

It happened to me this month.
I just noticed my bill was higher and then saw Disney had been applied at £7.99 per month.
I followed this guide and turned it off

PS. I last upgraded in September and there was no offer for Disney. Just one random payment applied this month.!

They're an absolute joke, the person had no idea what they were doing or how to fix the issue...they suggested they cancel Disney immediately which would mean I'd lose it until I was entitled to it!
@Cleoriff I'd already toggled it not to renew on the 4th October so there's no excuse!
They could not advise if and when I'd be credited!
Time to bin o2 off...they're crap these days!

....so they've advised their system is broken, they'll arrange a credit and I'll need to call them on the 3rd Jan so they can remove the extra when I'm in the next billing period.....you couldn't make it up!
