I see that big bundles on o2 now have less text and mins but included data has gone up https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/sim-cards/pay-as-you-go/ the £15 bundle use to have 750 mins now only has 250 mins a loss of 500 mins but a gain of 2gb of data i think this is a big mistake as over on three all bundles have 3000 mins and 3000text regardless of price and also now more data,

It is a good deal on three now since 1/8/17 all five of the all-in-one add-ons have 3000mins and 3000 text included now
So the start bottom one is £10 for 3000 mins and 3000 text 1gb data
and the top tier one is £35 for 3000 mins and 3000 text and unlimited data

Any way my feed back on the change no one seems to have noticed is i think the £15 big bundles should have 500 mins and 1000 text and it dropping to 250 mins and 250 text is a massive loss ok the bumped up the data from 2 to 4gb on the £15 big bundles but a loss of 500 mins and a drop to 250 text is only going to send people to ASDA mobile and Three, If you have good three coverage the deals on payg three offer as so good miles ahead of o2,

This is really bad. Some of us still use minutes to make traditional phone calls to landlines and mobiles etc to people that still have house phones or don't use voip and whatsapp etc etc, and particluarly when there's no landline to use from home (as it only includes w/end landline calls) mobile minutes can be an important part of the monthly allowance. I get the data increase but the amount they have cut the minutes down is very harsh and there is no reasonable bolt on to compensate for the huge loss of minutes. Compared to some of the other main providers and MVNO's the "new" big bundles are not at all competetive or attractive, Hopefully they may introduce some better value tariffs with a decent amount of minutes in the coming months, because I've had to get a PAC and switch elsewhere reluctantly until there's a better minutes offering from o2 PAYG. There's Three with 5GB and 3000 mins, 3000 texts for £15 and even EE do £15 for 5GB 500 mins and unltd texts and they aren't usually good at offering the best value on PAYG!
