I don't think that's too bad considering many will have been enticed by the speeds of fibre.

 

The introduction of traffic management didn't help either, as O2 had an excellent reputation for being unrestricted before that.

The other thing to bear in mind, people are very often tempted to move to cheap offers, and internet access is not always the case of the other mans grass being greener and O2 are not the cheapest on the market

Telefonica's problem is their inability to attract replacement customers for those lost.

 

They just do not have good enough packages that attract NEW customers in any sort of volume.

 

Mirroring Spain's economy, it's a slow downward spiral until a significant change in strategy kicks in.

I cant praise O2 customer care when i had a problem with my broadband. It was sorted out with in 5 mins, they listened and understood the issue. So to me its top marks. I prefer paying a little more for decent service and thats what i got. Free to call of my o2 mobile or land line, some one that can understand me and knows what the issue is.
Need Help, Just ask. We are one big Family here in the o2 Forum.
