I am currently in Devon and back in March the data was somewhat “ok”. However now. I am showing 3 bars on 4G but getting less than 1mbps. O2 has been dreadful for a long time now and seems that they aren’t prepared in anyway to help or resolve the issue. The games are getting boring now. I am paying for 2 phones with o2 and to say I am unsatisfied is an under statement.

@CarlAllwork This is a customer community, so there's really nothing anyone here can do to resolve your issues.
You can lodge a formal complaint here: How to Complain | Help | O2
Alternatively there are some guides you can look at that may help:

Why do I have poor coverage indoors? (o2.co.uk)
There's also 4G and WiFi calling, if you're not aware of those solutions:

Step your phones down to 3G, it will improve data speed down to your phone if the reason for the issue is an oversubscribed O2 Mast.
Otherwise, take a look at the tips in this Guide: How can I sort out my network issues? @CarlAllwork
Good luck!

See my thread of today at https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Discussions-Feedback/O2-Data-Network-Unavailable-For-Hours-At-A-Time-A... where not only am I experiencing ever slower data speeds at my home address as Telefonica's negligent directors overload their network with ever more high capacity data plans it cannot withstand but have also experienced over the summer no data service at all at multiple beach and other summer time leisure activity related locations for many hours in the middle of the day after lots of other O2 networking using customers have arrived at the same location.
A strong H+, 4G, 4G+ or 5G network signal continues to show and phone calls can still be made (on my OnePlus Nord N10 5G handset) throughout these many hour long total data outages on the O2 network caused by its own maniacal selling of data plans that its transmitters simply cannot handle at busy and peak times of the day or year.
