Very poor customer service from O2 trying to activate the Apple Watch airtime plan on my phone

 

Going round and round in circles and getting nowhere. 

No help. No support. 

Very difficult to contact/connect to people at O2

Calling 202 or reaching out to O2 via social media for Apple Watch-related help can be a bit hit or miss - I can tag @O2Sarah-, the forum O2 advisor this morning, to see if she can help get things moving in the right direction for you, @MMW - good luck!
