I had a sim which I cancelled a couple of months ago. I cancelled my DD as I no longer had a contract. I subsequently get an overdue e-mail stating I owe money. I called, was on hold for 45 mins, spoke to an agent who cut me off!!!
Called back, been on hold for 35mins - no answer.
I have better things to do than chase down o2 issues.

The people you really need to speak to are Payment Management

Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
Phoning just after 8am is a good idea

You might have better things to do but it's viital you sort this out now
If you have missed a couple of payments your credit file is already trashed and you need to make the effort to contact the payment management team
They may already have sold your debt to Moorcroft in which case you need to contact them as per any correspondence received
8am is the optimal time to call O2
