I am not able to proceed to check out with my Amazon account. It keeps jumping back to my basket. Spoken to Amazon, done all their checks. What have I done to cause this? Help.

Is this both the Web Version and the Phone App?

Can't see it being an O2 fault

Try a different browser

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
