30% off pay as you go on the I Phone 6

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi all, I have just decided been pursuaded to move over to O2 mobile knowing that i'm entitled to get 30% off my airtime through my organisation. I spoke to an O2 adviser over the phone about a week and a half ago he pursuaded me to switch to O2 and said i was entitled to 30% off my air time. However i'm now receiving texts from the automated service O2 Open sayin that the I Phone 6 isn't currently eligible for O2 open discount. Surely this is false advertisement. I want my 30% off now! surely should be soon.

Many threads on here and it's the same every year.
New iPhones are excluded from discount for the first few months......

We don't know for sure - It's up to O2 to tell us that I'm afraid.....

It's usually 3-4 months and O2 Open has to be applied within 28 days of taking out a Refresh contract.

Hi all, Does anyone know when you get the I phone 6 30% employee airtime discount. I have just been told the I Phone 6 isn't eligible although I was promised it as soon as the contract started. Terrible customer service, im so annoyed!

Usually a good few months after launch but it has to be applied  with 28 days otherwise you aren't eligible.

Going off your other posts if you feel you have been mis-sold the contract with regard to O2 Open discount you might want to make a complaint.

I remember reading the T&Cs and it said not applied to iPhone 6 and Plus.  Shame the person didn't make that clear to you.
