My business website has no adult content what so ever. It is a completley legitimate business by blocking this site to mobile devices that are not age verified you are damaging my business.
I require the restriction to be lifted immediately for [EDIT: Link Removed]
The only advice I can find at 02 is to post on this forum or twitter. I cannot believe that 02 now want to deal with helpdesk queries on a forum, its outrageous.
Can you please look into this and reply to my query

Not sure why you have been sent to a customer forum where we are all customers and have no say on O2 policy.
All I can say is that check your website for certain wording, pictures or links to other sites that may be construed as age appropriate.
The classification is from memory not actually done by o2.

when this all happend some 18 months ago the faq on the o2 blog advised people to use twitter and these forums to resolve the issue I think from memory abs was dealing with it at the time.
I am sure a search will confirm that
Also the site removed by toby was not 18 blocked but blocked under the heading Hacking !!!
