I've created a new Instagram account. Within an hour it has been deactivates due to not following community guidelines.  I hadn't done any activity on the account at this point.  Going through the appeal process and it's asking for my phone number for a verification code to be send.  No message is ever received.  Would o2 block these messages for any reason?

I am not aware that O2 would intentionally block the receipt of verification codes, but it is an issue that is raised on this forum intermittently. 

 

If you search this forum, you will find other posts on this topic and a couple of suggested solutions. 👍
