Hi,
Phone signal where i am based is aweful, so WiFi calling is a must, howerver we are having big problems with it not working properly. I can hear people perfectly but they can't hear me properly, reporting i sound robotic.
My wifi internet speed is about 20mbps download and 2-3 upload. Importantly i can whatsapp voice call, skype / zoom video call, stream netflix etc perfectly so i dont think it's an internet speed problem.
I have spoken with the tech support who say everything is set up fine and it should be working, but suggested sending me out a new sim card - not sure how that would help.
I have an iphone 11 pro
Anybody have any suggestions ?

Have to assume it's phone issue then as it's not a general O2 WiFi issue.
I use it regularly at home with no problems.
Try asking Apple for help in troubleshooting.

Try it on a different wifi connection to detrmine if it's an issue with the wifi or phone first.
