I have had a couple of texts from 07800 005 360 saying the below message. Is it real or spam? Many thanks!

O2: Hi, we'd love to talk to you this month about your next upgrade and the great offers we currently have.
We can call you on a day that suits you best.

@BennyS

I don't recognise the number and I've checked with google. However most numbers starting with 07800 are spam.

The one thing which denotes it's O2 is the 8002 number at the bottom which is for O2 business customers.

I would block the number and never upgrade via a cold call. Take responsibility for your own upgrade by contacting O2 directly Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Hope that helps and welcome to the forum Welcome

Edited to ask @EmilieT  if this is a genuine number for O2?

Don't reply. Block the number. If you want to upgrade then you should call O2 directly or better yet, go instore.
