Sim swap issue after lost phone.

Hi there,

Is there anyone from O2 business side who will be able to assist me with my sim swap due to lost phone please?

I lost my phone last week, all reported to O2 business, received replacement card yesterday morning but number is still not working.

When i speak with O2 business helpline they saying that restrictions are in process to be removed on account and once this process is done then swim swap will be processed - this is same answer since Monday!

I'm unable to run my business because all my account have 2step verification, including access to my business offers daily so i need my mobile number to be back up and running now to be able to access accounts,emails,all different business apps.

Can someone please check what is the issue and fix this?

There is no o2 support on here from o2 business you need to persevere with o2 Business Customer Services or you can try o2 on X to see if they can help you - @o2 

 

I will tag @Dave-O2 see if he can offer any advice as well.. 

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account

Have you been able to contact our Social Team? If so, what's the latest you've been advised?
