I'm trying to upgrade 7 (yes SEVEN) work phones, yet everytime i call customer support i get through to someone who can hardly speak a word of english and has no idea what i'm asking them to do. Is there any other way of doing these upgrades? or is there an english based, english speaking call centre i can contact?

@matt420 I'm not sure if you can request to be transferred to a UK call centre but you may as well ask. You can also try calling the sales team on 0800 081 0255 or 0808 002 0202 if you haven't done so already.

Or you can try to reach O2 via social media:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (now X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

@matt420 I wouldn't trust customer services to upgrade seven phones and get it right

Better done in store

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
