Restore my O2 mobile service

My records show all amounts due on my account have been paid; still O2 has stopped me from making calls so I cannot contact your service centre to discuss the issue. Please help

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

Use the specific Payment management number  0800 902 0217

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

It can take 24 to 48hrs to restore services following late payment.. 

 

You can use Skype or borrow another phone and call the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 Guide: A Guide to Skype  

To prevent service interuption in future make sure your bill is paid by Direct Debit.
