In your MyO2 app, @Sarahodonnell1 --> 3 steps below, left to right, and in the 3rd screen, scroll down and uncheck the relevant bar(s):
Similarly in the web version, after the OTP pin step, select your phone number and then the Drop-down top-left and find the same section in the app.
